OBS "Skipped Frames Due to Encoding Lag"

Could someone assist me with a problem i'm facing in OBS
MY PC
AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core Processor
16,0 GB RAM

Disable HAGS, your PC will need to be re-started.

No overload on the 3070, but run your LG monitor @ 120HZ when using OBS. You will more than likely have some stuttering with it set @ 144.

Only (1) Display/Game/Window capture per Scene. Move one of them to a New Scene.

When you set-up NVENC, do not check the Re-scale Output box.

NVENC H265 settings for 2160p to get you started. Adjust as needed & for H264.
