OBS Showing Blank Presentation Screen in Google Meet

When I capture Meet window on Chrome using OBS Window Capture and try to open another app at full screen, OBS won't show the presentation showed in Meet screen. This is just happened today. I already turn hardware acceleration on and off on Chrome settings and change Capture Method in OBS with no success so far. I tried turning off and on Browser source acceleration in OBS Advance Settings and no success. This is never happened before for some reason. Already restarting laptop and doesnt solve the problem. Is this normal?

I have the same issue, i been using the same OBS version for months now and recording google meets without problems , this issue started to happen a few days ago, it could be a change in google meet or chrome.

I found a "workaround" , you can resize the browser window (like 90% of the screen size) then you can switch windows and the video doesn't go blank, i did this while recording, not sure if it makes any difference.

I tried, but this resizing the chrome window is only worked when you not overlap the chrome window. When you did overlap the chrome window with other app window or change app by clicking alt+tab, the video presentation will disappear again.

I think it's from the Google side, because I've read so many people got this issue
 
Same thing! I am using OBS for the first time tomorrow and when I tried last week it was fine. Now the cameras and presentations are black.
If I stay on google meets not on OBS it works, but as soon as I switch it turns black.

Is there any ways to turn off Game DVR? I cant even find it in the Settings. Only the Game DVR Background Recording turned off if I'm using Settings.
 
Edge: Version 93.0.961.38 (Official build) (64-bit) - No longer works f11-fullscrean
Noticed that while using firefox fullsize window(no fullscrean-nof11) does not work, but shrinking the window a little enables the last one.
Can someone recomend a browser for this?
cyclemat tips no longer works, and f11 is unstable with other browsers opened :(
 
I have the same issue. Last week I still could record presentation on a Google Meet (on chrome) with obs, but suddenly it couldn't. I've tried putting the browser on fullscreen, using different browser (edge and firefox), updating browser, and run obs as admin but it doesn't work at all.

Can someone help?

I was facing the same issue. Unfortunately I found no fix. Only thing you can do is to change to Firefox.
