OBS setup says that it's launched OBS Studio, but it doesn't open

Yesterday, OBS wouldn't open so I decided to delete it and reinstall it. So I reinstalled the setup, and I did everything as it said. I checked the box for the launch, and once I searched for OBS Studio on my computer the blue rotating circle thing (I forgot the name) appeared, rotated, and disappeared. Same thing with opening with admin. I also checked if there was any malware that was keeping me from downloading it, and there wasn't any. Then I deleted the antivirus and did the same thing all over (even downloading a new setup). It isn't working and I am so frustrated...

(+ the newly downloaded OBS is only 2KB, which I guess is weird)
