Hi.

Just started streaming FPS gameplay (Counter-Strike:GO).
Everything run smooth on my pc, no ingame lagg at all..
But when i give my link to friends so they can check the stream for me, it is sometimes lag/delay on twitch and
there is some loading time.

When i watch my stream on another pc in my apartment when i play, there is no lag or delay at all, but i guess it doesent count when i watch it from the same internet.

So i hope u guys can help me out here ! :)

Here's my settnings:

Video Encoding.
Use CBR: Yes, MaxBitrate: 2000.
Enable CBR padding: Yes, Use buffer size: Yes, Buffer size: 1500.
Audio: Codec: AAC, BitRate: 160, Format 44.1khz stereo.
Broadcast, i ofc use the nearest server from my location.
Video: Use base resolution that is 1080p, downscale it to 720p with 30 fps.
Use Multithreaded optimizations: Yes
Process priority class: Normal
X264 CPU preset is set to Veryfast,
X264 Encoding profile is on High.

Guess that's all u need.

Hoping someone will help me :)
Sorry for my bad English.

If you're not dropping frames, then you're fine. But if your friend is getting buffering while watching, then your friend doesn't have a good enough connection to the streaming server to download the video fast enough. You can try lowering your bit rate more to see if that helps, but there's not much more you can do.
