Hi - after upgrading to Win 10 i have downloaded the latest OBS software but when i make changes in the settings section they are not saved. They revert back to the default values. Any idea why or what I might be doing wrong?
Ok - have right clicked the OBS folder and de-selected "read-only". Now I cannot get the server URL abd Path Key fields in OBS to save the relevant lines from YouTube Gaming. Any ideas?
The problem is I cannot tell Win 10 which directory to install to - and by default it installs to Program Files (x86) AND Program Files folders. No idea if this is correct, but it means I cannot "save" the action of unchecking the "read only" box of the OBS install folder - even as administrator. This means settings are not saved in OBS - and this means the server URL and streaming actions cannot be saved or actioned. So frustrating.
