Settings for streaming or recording? I wouldn't bother streaming w/ 1mbps you'll have to use nearly all of your upload to get a decent image and have nothing in reserve for the game you're playing. I know it isn't the answer you want but its the honest answer, you need a higher upload at least 1.5mbps for 480p and have some gaming bandwidth.
