Question / Help Obs settings

Anyone can help me with obs settings for my computer (good quality and motion, 30fps)
My PC specs:
Procesor: Intel Pentium(R) Dual Core 3.00 gHz
Ram: 4gb
Video card: Nvidia GE gt630m 2 gb ddr3
Hardisk: 320 gb
Monitor resolution: 1366x768
Windows:32 bit (but i will install 64 bit)

Unfortunately your system is completely unsuitable for streaming/recording with OBS.
