Question / Help OBS Settings

For you would like a help in a program to do livestream.
Is the OBS. I want you to tell me in relation to my pc if I have made good arrangements.
The statistics are the habits:
-OS = Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
-CPU = Intel Pentium E5700 @ 3.00GHz
-GPU = NVIDIA GeForce GT 440 1GB DDR3
-M/B = Gigabyte G41MT-D3V (Socket 775)
-RAM = 6,00GB (Kingston 4GB - PNY Electronics 2GB)
-PSU = CHINESE 430 Watt
-HDD = Hitachi HTS545025B9SA00 ATA Device (250 GB)
-HDD = Hitachi HDS721050CLA360 ATA Device (500 GB)

The settings look okay to me, though I'm not sure why you would set your FPS to 29 instead of 30. If everything performs well on your system then I don't see any adjustments that need to be made.

I want to ask if you need to put (Disable Aero at a starting) ?
And can you tell me the resolution can lift my connection and my mol ?

Aero doesn't affect game capture. It should always be enabled for window capture. It should be disabled for monitor capture, but we strongly recommend against using monitor capture sources in Windows 7 as they perform very poorly.

Given your computer specs and available bandwidth you don't really have a way to increase stream quality further. You'd need to buy a better PC and call your Internet provider for a speed upgrade if possible.
