Could anyone tell me what I could put my OBS settings too? I stream FPS games.

I used the settings estimator. But my computer could not run it that high. I would get 200+frames then down to 30 below then It would go back up.

Downscale to 1.5 (720p) or 2.0 (560p) and set FPS to 30.
560p@30 should be possible with your CPU depending on the game.
