Streaming at 60fps is a tough call. Any game that has high detail and textures or is a high motion game is going to require a good deal of Bitrate to keep the image from pixelating. If you don't want to lose viewers i wouldn't stream at 3k-3500 unless you have the trans code feature or you are partnered with the streaming service.

Try 720/30 fps 2100-2500 Bitrate and see how your games look. A lot of games don't benefit from streaming at 60 fps. The average viewer wont be able to handle a 3500 stream setting. Not only because their internet but because twitch is gonna give most viewers problems that high.

If you want the best quality for a 720/30fps stream, playing a high motion game or a 1st person shooter. Try going with

1280x720 downscale @ 30fps Lanczos Filter 2750 Bitrate and gradually work down the Bitrate if you can.

Good luck sir and i hope that helps you.

Thank u so much. And what do u think to 1080 and 30 fps for all games?. With around 2800 bitrate. I saw that with 1080 the stream look much better...
