Question / Help OBS Settings - Optimal or not?

Hi!
I've looked through a couple of threads (and the pinned ones, but I still haven't found a solid solution yet).
Everytime I'm trying to stream, I get these wierd 'lagspikes' almost every third seconds, according to the people that watch. And I was woundering what settings I should change.
I stream all kind of games, BF4, WoW, Hearthstone, Fable Anniversary etc.

First off all, Specs:
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3
Intel Core i5 4690K 3,5 GHz, 6MB
8 GB of RAM.
MSI GeForce GTX 970 GAMING - 4GB GDDR5.

Edit: Should mention that I'm the only one on my network aswell.

Check a local recording, or activate "automatically save broadcast to file" in the broadcast settings, then check the recorded video afterwards for problems, in most cases the problem will be that you are using a high bitrate and twitch.tv.
My stream lags/buffers/loads constantly for my viewers, but why?

Problem? Make sure to post a log and/or crash dump -- HOWTO
