Ok, so I want to start streaming and recording league, but my video is really blurry and its really laggy. I have a 50 mb download speed and a 5.5 mb upload.
GPU: GeForce GTX 760
CPU: AMD FX-6300 Six-Core Processor
Memory: 8gb Ram
Resolution: 1080

Can someone give me some advice and possibly some settings to try out? Thanks

Post a log file from a 5 minute stream where you've used the best settings you've been able to work out so far.

Here's a screenshot of my settings. Whenever I stream the quality is fuzzy and its really laggy

Downscale massively. Unless you're partnered, you should not exceed 2000kbps bitrate.
Also, NVENC is an extremely poor-quality encode, and needs significantly more bitrate at a given res/framerate than x264.

720p, 30fps, 2000kbps.

Trying to throw 1080p@60fps NVENC through 2400-3000kbps is going to fly like a lead duck. A lead duck on fire.

Alright, thanks!

I put the setting in that you recommended, but its still really bad when I move my camera. Is there something else I should put in?

Did you switch from NVENC to x264 (Veryfast, preferably)? Also upload a new logfile from the new testing session, and if you can, link to a VOD (video-on-demand) of it as well.
