Hi, im 15 yo. Im trying to get into streaming but my internet isn't too great.

I currently play csgo at 16:9 and 1920-1080 resolution however I tried streaming before and my ping would spike up to 900 and I couldn't do anything at all.
PC info- RAM installed-16 GB
64-bit operating system, x64 based processor
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Can you guys help me with which settings I should use according to my internet speed so I can start streaming.
