Question / Help OBS Settings for this PC

Hello everyone, I am new in this business and have a question, I have a PC but little slow for OBS I think, so My specs are Videocard: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 1GB
RAM: 4GB
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core +5000 2.61 Ghz
Upload speed: 95 Mbps, which settings do you recommend for this pc ? at least to stream desktop not playing games, because I know that my cpu will not handle playing while streaming.
 
Try using NVEnc encoding. That GT 630 might support it (some do, some don't). Use a large downscale to stream at a lower resolution, like 480p. And lower your output framerate to 20 or 15 fps. That'll give you the best chance.
