AMD Ryzen 7 5700x (Stock, haven't done anything to it)
Asrock RX6700XT Phantom Gaming D 12GB OC (Undervolted)
T-Force Delta 16GBx2 DDR4 3200Mhz (XMP Enabled)
Monitor Xiaomi G42i 180Hz 1080P (freesync disabled)

right, so i desperately need help about what is the best (well anything acceptable works really i'm stuck) OBS settings for my rig here. because i'm stuck haven't found any good setting yet, either its too high the game lagging or too low it went well high fps but the video quality is too blurry. im struggling to find the middle ground for around.... a week or less? (yeah im not very smart, but i am persistent!) and i haven't found any thread or youtube video about this particular setup. oh yeah i play competitive title like CS2 alot, and sometimes Battlefield 6
i hope you awesome people would help me in my confusing journey to find my destined obs settings so i can actually start doing content and not just playing for fun but also producing something nice for other peeps to watch, big thanks!
