Question / Help OBS Settings for my comp

Hello mates! I've recently started too stream a little bit, and I've been sitting in days trying to figure out my correct settings. The thing is that the stream buffer alot and also some small fps drop ingame, i wonder if you could help me with some settings to try? Atleast something to start from :(

Specs: AMD FX-4100 Quad core 3.60Ghz
Radeon HD 6870
4 GB RAM

Connection: Download: 19.83 Mbit/s
Upload: 19.77 Mbit/s
