Question / Help OBS Settings for League

Hi, I've recently build a computer and I wanted to stream league primarily. The specs for my computers are:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8 CPUs), ~4.0GHz
GPU: GTX 970 (Gigabyte)
8GB RAM
1TB HDD
250 SSD (League is located in there)

My screen res is : 1680 x 1050. I wanted to stream league in a way that the viewer can see the game and I wont able to lag. My internet speed is : http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4059169303

Also I play WoW and wanted to try streaming it too.

CPU Advice
  • Set FPS to 30
  • Consider setting FPS to 60 if you have spare CPU power for improved quality
Game Advice
  • Try to aim for the highest bitrate possible for high motion games
  • Use game capture if possible for maximum performance.
  • Use window capture with Aero enabled if game capture is unavailable.
Network Advice
  • Your upload speed is sufficient for 720p / 1080p
  • Enable CFR for compatibility with streaming services
  • Enable CBR for improved stream stability
  • Recommended max bitrate: 3500
  • Recommended buffer size: 3500
