Question / Help OBS Settings for league of legends

Hello well Im new actually this is my first post in this forums well I recently felt like streaming but I cant really find any good video that explains the settings im suppost to put on my obs program so any picture premade obs setting I can use with my type of computer Im thinking of streaming League of legends mostly so any help ? :p will be appreciated it.
