Question / Help OBS settings for 1.5mb upload

Hello

Can someone post me good obs streaming settings for my internet and my PC?

Ive got 1.5mb/s upload and my PC specs
Intel® Core™ i3-4130
8GB Ram DDR3 1333mhz
GTX650Ti

You're not going to have a very good time. You won't be able to use any real compression for this with that CPU, far less if you'll have power leftover for games (assuming gaming on that PC).

You should upgrade if you want anything to look decent, especially with your low upload.
 
ok i will Precise my question
I searching for good 480p settings i dont have problems with gaming and streaming on that PC - but sometimes with quality especially in FPS.

If you're willing to try 480p 30fps, you might be able to. But you still will not be able to pour on much compression. It just will not work, you do not have enough CPU power. I've tried to help someone with your CPU too, and it was a nightmare. That chip is not meant for streaming. It's not even meant for gaming.
