Question / Help OBS setting help!

Need help setting up my settings for OBS can't seem to figure out the settings. I'm not the best at all this stuff but below are my computer specs and internet speed.

GPU: GeForce GTX 660 Ti
Memory: 14 GB RAM
Resolution: 1920x1080

The estimator is a good place to start.
