OBS Set to 60 FPS but the recording is 30 FPS

When I record a video in OBS it says that it's recording at 60 FPS but in reality it records in 30 FPS.
I saw that in MediaInfo it shows that the video that I recorded is in 30 FPS!

I read another forum post about this but I can't solve this issue!
The E:\ drive is an external Samsung SSD, but I also tried recording the videos to an internal drive but the issue persists!
The issue appears when I use any kind of capture source.

Please help!

The results of the OBS Analyzer are shown below:
They indicate that your system is overloaded which is probably why you are unable to record at 60 FPS.

I record using VBR rate control, my 1080p60fps recordings average roughly 14 - 18Mb/s, depending on content.

8 - 12Mb/s should produce a decent recording with AMF. Higher if you want better quality.

The log from 4/6 shows that HAGS was enabled on your system, did you follow the directions from the Analyzer & disable it?

Not much available RAM on your system. 1080p@60FPS appears to be unobtainable with the current configuration.

I don't have the HAGS option to disable. And what do I do with RAM? Also I have too much space on the drive occupied that I can't free (it's important files) and my graphics drivers are out of date because of this.
