Question / Help OBS records invisible stuff?!?!

When I record my gameplay with OBS it records stuff that is not even visible, like, when one of my teamplayers is behind a wall or something a little box around him seems to be lignten, wich is totally not visible when playing, also I sometimes get this weird (vignette?) thing when I am in dark areas wich is also not visible in game, this is really weird and I've looked up on the internet but couldn't find anything related

you are recording your capture card's software with game capture. dont do that. close your capture card software, remove the game capture then use a video capture source to point to your capture card.

I don't have an external capture card.. ???

nvm I just deleted all the scenes and remade one and that fixed it, thanks!
