Question / Help OBS records in black, help!

Previously, OBS recorded well, but after I plugged the computer screen via HDMI, and began recording in black, I thought I had changed the settings, so I uninstalled it and installed the OBS MP, which recorded good but a very low quality (240p, 360p as much), then I found out that OBS MP was not compatible with NVIDIA Ge Force.
I want to record with classic OBS because my subscribers are complaining.
I send the log file if necessary.

ok, I realized that OBS recorded in black when the recording format is .mp4, How I can fix this?
