Question / Help OBS Recording/Streaming Settings

GTX 750Ti ASUS (1 cooler, 2GB GDDR5, 128bit, 86.4 GB/sec Bandwidth, 1020Mhz core speed)
4 GB Ram DDR3, 1600Mhz, CL11, Single Chanel
Seagate 1TB HDD, 64Mb Buffer
Asrock H81M-VG4 Motherboard( 1150, H81 )
Microsoft Lifecam HD 3000 (Microfon, facecam )
I can't find the perfect settings. I need 2 profiles (settings) : Recording (Fullscreen games : Minecraft and GTA V ) and Streaming Please guys help me and sorry for my english :)
* And 30MB Upload Speed

You have great upload but the rest of your PC is less than stellar, even for gaming. Your best options are QuickSync or NVENC, your CPU cannot handle x264 at a respectable resolution without massive FPS drops

If you stream use Quicksync, if you just want to record use NVEnc. Look around, there's guides that show you how to set it up.
