Question / Help Obs Recording/streaming Setting for my Pc

So im looking for stable setting For streaming and recording CSGO, League of Legends, World of Warcraft and Witcher 3 (if possible).

id want to record 1080@60fps preferebly and stream 720@60fps.

so my rig contains following:


Cpu i54690k

Gpu sapphire 390 8gb nitro

Nocthuna 14 cpu cooler

Gigabyte gaming 3 MOBO

16 Gb ram 1600Mhz

750W CX750

use QSV or AMF for recording 1080p60.
Ideally for WoW and LoL it should be working fine though CSGO might be another issue when streaming 720p60 x264 since its still only an i5, with witcher 3 I have no personal experience.
