Question / Help OBS recording on still screen

When I press record, OBS records 3 mins of moving footage before it doesn't record the footage. It just stays on the same screen, like it is frozen.
Then records the music.

I have been having a lot of problems with OBS and this is just sooo annoying. I may uninstall and get something better. Like Fraps.
