Question / Help obs recording lagss

I am new to obs. pliss helpp
I have tried everything.
My problem:
When i start the capture and i maximize the game it just lags, when i minimize it works good.
Pleaseee help meee

disable OBS preview window. and dont watch your own stream in a browser
 
I suggest using Xsplit instead. OBS is clearly too complicated for you.
