From what I can see in those logs, initially you were trying to run x264 encoding on your i3

18:01:03: CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4170 CPU @ 3.70GHz
18:01:03: CPU Speed: 3691MHz
18:01:03: Physical Memory: 3990MB Total, 1766MB Free
18:01:03: stepping id: 3, model 60, family 6, type 0, extmodel 1, extfamily 0, HTT 1, logical cores 4, total cores 2
18:01:03: monitor 1: pos={0, 0}, size={1920, 1080}
18:01:03: Windows Version: 6.3 Build 9600 (revision 17415)
18:01:03: Aero is Enabled

at presets that it can't handle, like Faster, with tons of duplicated frames.

It then looks like you largely solved your own problem on your own. You had some nice encodes using QuickSync and again when you put the x264 preset on SuperFast. Keep doing that. You got a lot of duplicated frames again on QuickSync when you changed the preset to 1 instead of 4. Keep it on 4 or more.

I can't tell how your game was performing but OBS was performing well later on. Maybe try using Quicksync again with a preset like 7. Or try going up to UltraFast on x264 encoding. I'd keep the bitrate in the 20000 to 40000 range. Things can go badly if you put the bitrate too high.
