Question / Help OBS Recording Has Motion Blur

When recording with OBS, there is motion blur when I'm running high detailed games. The blur only happens where there is a lot of detail being recorded, combined with motion, and it's makes pixels visible and look a bit choppy. I really need it to be as crisp as the image on my monitor. My computer is newly built by myself, and cost a bit over a grand to build, so it's pretty decent (if you need exact specs, I'll get them for you). I've tried different setting, and these are the ones that I'm currently using https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=omXrnMxKV_o

Any recommendations as to things I can try to resolve this issue? Is the recording function of OBS just not the best, or are there setting I can try to solve this issue?

Where's your OBS log and why are you relying on youtube to show quality loss when it introduces quality loss the instant you upload to it, tainting the report?

Is this the log you were referring to? https://gist.github.com/d3c55b03160ea429fbfa
Also, I'm not relying on Youtube to show the video quality of OBS recordings. I'm watching MP4 files that OBS is making. That Youtube video I linked is just what I've currently based my OBS settings off of.

If you're using the settings in the log for recording, it's not surprising that you're having trouble.

And don't save directly to mp4. If the encoding process terminates non-gracefully for ANY reason, the entire file will be corrupt and completely unusable.
Seems to be very clear now. Thank you very much, Sir!
Also, what file type would you recommend to save as, to prevent corruption?
