Question / Help OBS Recording Gameplays Settings

Hello,I have problem with my OBS,i have problem with settings for recording gameplays.What is problem? I was recording,and film was with lag. I like to video play fluent because I have Youtube Channel and subscribers wait new videous.

I have Windows 10 < I do not think he's issue
My Specs:

PC AMD Athlon9(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+(2CPUs),~2.3GHz

2048MB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT

Your CPU is pretty old and your graphics card is REALLY old for OBS' video encoding to work well. You need to upgrade. Windows 10 also hurts, lots of posts about it running slower on Windows 10 recently.
 
Post a log file from where it works ok (not shooting games).
WTF,in desktop recording i have same problem. :(:(
