Question / Help Obs recording fullscreen, but if you look at the vid its windowed, if comprimated fullscreen

I am recording something with OBS. But if OBS records it, its not fullscreen.
Once i use handbrake, the video is fullscrreened.
If i force OBS to stretch video to fullscreen, game tells me: "Fuck you." And crashes.
 
So the game crashes when you try to capture in fullscreen mode? What game?

Also, I'm still not sure I understand what Handbrake has to do with the question.
 
Rise of Incarnates. When entering admin mode after having the game opened, cant connect to server and more.
Hit is also tending to crash with fraps for example

I assume handbrake is stretching the screen that obs has only captured windows so nevermind that part
