Question / Help OBS Recording Freezes

Recently, OBS has been working fine. I have been doing great and I was satisfied. Yesterday though, my OBS started freezing the recording. The audio would continue but it would take like 5 seconds to 2 minutes before the recording to resume, only to freeze again! Can I please get a bit of help on what I should do? I attached my log to this post.

I also just looked at the logs and I noticed the buffer size was 11000! But I checked my OBS and I have custom buffer size checked off and it is at 0. I am using quick sync though. Could that be it?
