OBS randomly drops to 0 while streaming

I stream on YouTube, I'm wired in with my ethernet cable and I have a 10 upload speed. Not every stream but sometimes while I'm streaming my kbps will drop from 8000 to 0 and bounce back and forth between 4000 and 0 for minutes at a time. Sometimes it will stay at 0 for 5secs and longer than go back to 4000 or 2000. I have to stop my streams (But still stay live streaming on OBS) until it fixes itself and goes back to 8000. It may even happen again 5, 10min later or it maybe fine for the rest of the stream.

Any suggestions on why that happens?

Also, it doesn't matter if I stream in 8000 or start with 6000, it will eventually do the same thing. Let's say I start streaming in 8000kbps and the issue starts to happen. I can restart my stream using 6000 or 5000kbps, the issue will still happen and it will drop from 0 to 4000, then 0 to 2000 as mentioned ahead.
