OBS Randomly Drops Bandwidth Mid-Stream

I've been having this issue for a few months now, my bandwidth started to randomly tank mid-stream, then go back to normal, then down again. OBS doesn't crash, but the stream health suffers significantly.

I've checked my internet connection, it works perfectly fine. I have replaced my Ethernet cable, reset my router. Feel like I did just about everything on that front.

My recent OBS crash log seems to show that this could be because of a browser source, but I'm not quite sure if that's the case. I deleted a few sources that I thought could be the culprit, but that didn't seem to fix it. That's about everything I have to go on at this time, hoping the crash log will provide some more clear info.

Any help would be appreciated!

You should contact streamelements support directly as the crash is due to their plugins, which is known to break OBS.
Alternatively, completely remove the plugin. To do so, use the uninstaller they provide, then go to %appdata%\obs-studio\ and manually remove the files they keep in there for no reason because this files keeps interacting with OBS causing issues. Now you need to uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix any other changes this plugins may have perform.
Do a test stream of no less than 30 seconds. Now look inside Help menu and upload current log file. Post the URL in here.
A test is, start stream, do as you normally do, stop stream. Nothing else.
