when setting up my OBS i got some problems with my audio.
It's in a constant loop and i hear alot of static.

When the stream was set i got the problems.

- Corsair vengeance LD 16 GB DDR3 (1600 MHz-2x 8 GB)
- Gigabyte Z97x-UD3H Black edition.
- Samsung 850 series evo 500 GB SSD.
- Western digital 1 TB.
- Corsair builder series VS 650 Watt.
- Microsoft windows 8.1 64 bit.
