Yeah so when i use obs it works and everything but the quality is waaaaay to high its 1080p. i only want 720p and the file size is tremendous. No matter what settings i use even though these are the only ones that work for my computer i'd just like to have smaller files.

Well that is spelled right

No, it isn't spelled right. And you didn't follow ALL of the steps in that guide. At least two settings are wrong from that logfile, from a glance. Go through it again and follow all of the steps.

It is CRF not CFR

The main Problem is actually your CPU even at toned down Settings I still think that 540p35 ultrafast is still beyond the capabilities of your cpu Reason being you are duplicating so many frames.
