I don't know if this is just my problem, but I'm having an issue. I've already formatted my PC, and the reading is always the same. When I open OBS along with any browser—it could be Edge or Chrome—the SSD (NvME) usage jumps to 100%, even though the transfer rate is low. This happens with any browser, and it only occurs when this combination happens. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but it could be that WebSocket is interfering with something.
