Question / Help OBS Problem

Hello,im streaming Wacraft 3 recently,and i didnt have any problem until today when i couldn't start stream...

When i push ''start streaming'' i cant connect,its just reconnecting over and over again.. never had this problem before,dont know what to do.. :)
 
I'm having the same problem, it's not uploading any data which suggests that it can't connect to the obs servers. Possible maintenance being performed?
