I've been trying to stream with OBS some WoW. The problem is that the stream is stuck at loading video. I've changed the server and lowered the bitrate and it seems that if i set the bitrate at @500 kbs, the stream loads, but the quality is awful. I should be able to stream 720p (2500 kbs) no problem http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3194830561 .

Speedtest is worthless for livestreamers. Try a 6MB test at http://testmy.net/upload instead.
Also, the 'frozen stream' issue is known about, and a problem on Twitch's end. Their forced switch to HLS streaming is going off as smoothly as ever. Kappa

Yup. I'd stick with 2000kbps just to be safe, that's MORE than enough for a good-quality 720p@30fps stream. Other than that? It's on Twitch's end. Just ask people to refresh the page a few times until it works. :P
