Question / Help OBS Preview Mode Freezes

I have been streaming just fine with no problems, i got a green screen in the mail today and when i try to set the Chroma key OBS freezes after i click properties on the web cam source.... i have to End task in my task manager to make OBS Close out and after it closes it wont open up again unless i restart my Computer...Please Help

This sounds like a deadlock with your webcam drivers. Check they are up to date and / or try lowering the webcam resolution.

nope didnt work drivers are up to date on Logitech HD webcam c270 i tried lowering Res to like 690x whateever and still froze in Preview mode when i tried to add a source
