You can just disable VRR in your windows display settings, I would not recommend disabling MPO with a registry key as a solution here though.

Tried your advice - didn't help

100% reproducible for me if MPO's enabled and
1. Start OBS
2. Start RIDE 5
Аfter few seconds, you starting to see popping RIDE 5 frames over preview window even if your game/windows capture is disabled
After some time preview window freezing (in less than 15 minutes I think)

No issues with disabled MPO trick, that I using since first public release of 24H2 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
