If you mean to control it, look at OBS Remote. Works with laptops, smartphones, tablets, etc.
If you want to use the laptop as the video encoder, you'll need a capture device; since it's a laptop, a USB one. If you only have USB 2.0, look at the Elgato, and Elgato HD60. If you have USB 3.0, look into the XCAPTURE-1 or Extremecap U3.
Really though, depends on the specs of your laptop vs your gaming system if it's even worth it, frankly.
