Question / Help OBS Plugins Wont install

So I was installing a new OBS plugin and it kinda messed up my OBS and said the CLRHostPlugin.dll was missing. As such i reinstalled and now 5 times later any plugin I install into the folder will not work. The CLRHostPlugin plugin shows but not Date and Time or CRLBrowserSource Plugin or even the twitch chat plug in.

Plot twist. If you take the 64 bit version and install it into the 32 bit version (or other way around) it detects it and tells you it's in the wrong place.

Any help would be vastly loved here. Been at this for 2 hours now.
 
Also not this happens to be on both 64 and 32 bit. No addons working or installing but use the wrong one and you'll know about it.
