Question / Help OBS Pixelated stream with no in lag?

Hey guy, so i'm new to streaming with OBS. I had been trying to stream Warframe for 1 day, everything seems fine in game but when i re-watch my stream theres a huge difference in quality between the game-play and stream.

Heres what i'm running on OBS:

3000kb/s
1280x720 downscale from ( 2560x1440)
30FPS

Heres my spec:

Download speed: 52Mbps
Upload speed: 3 ~3.2 Mbps

Processor: AMD Fx(tm)9590-eightcore 4.71Ghz
RAM: 8GB
system: 64-bit
graphic card: GTX 690

please tell me how do i improve the smoothness of the video & quality. Thx
 
I see the choppiness in your recordings, but Im unsure what could be causing that tbh.
I do however, recommend lowering your bitrate to something like 2500kb/s since you only have 3 - 3.2Mbps upload to play with, and you're pretty much using all of that uploading your live stream. I'm quite surprised you're not experiencing any ingame lag.
 
Thx for the help, it seems to be running a lot smoother now. I still notice a little bit of blur/pixelated on the stream video is there a way to get around that?
 
not really. 2500Kb/s is an average bitrate for a 720p30fps stream, its about as good as you will get, without getting a better internet connection.
