OBS overheating PC (or bugging everything out)

Ok so, I've recently started streaming my OBS onto discord's camera while running Voicemeeter and an Elgato capture card for gaming with an HDMI splitter, and things pretty much run smoothly for most of the day. I'm able to flip between screens and everyone can watch no big deal. But at the end of a full day's work of streaming, my discord begins to disconnect me, my chrome bugs out and crashes, and my OBS camera turns off. Hell, my whole PC locks up and I can't move my mouse. Today was the first time my PC gave me some kind of overheat message as it was bugging out. I don't know how to optimize my setup or where the issue is beginning, but I would like to stream for a pretty long time and this has been quite frustrating in recent days. Occasionally I use LetsView to mirror my iPad onto my home screen while I stream OBS into my discord, so they can watch, but I don't know if this adds to the issue. I did turn off OBS and things seemed fine on discord, so I think it might be OBS, but I'm not too sure. Thank you to whoever can help me out here.

My specs:
Bought PC 12/7/19
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700F CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
16.0 GB of Ram
Video Card- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

It's not OBS It's your PC Exiting OBS just removed a load from your PC for naturally it cooled down

Try Open Hardware Monitor to check your CPU/GPU,MB, etc temps when streaming

You'll likely need better cooling Be that a better CPU heatsink/fan, more case fans, better case, or a combination of
Maybe just need AC in the area you are streaming or up the AC

Could just do shorter streams...

Uh, post an OBS log from a stream Maybe a better configuration could lighten the load but you are doing a lot of other things on the PC besides running OBS
