Remove any capture devices such as webcams and see if it helps.

There are no capture devices at all.

Why have you added XSplitBroadcaster as an OBS source? That probably isn't going to work well.

It is not using. I have only ip-cam as a source via video plugin and a link http://192.168.10.75/video/mjpg.cgi.
