Question / Help OBS only streams a single frame but the audio keeps going

When i stream osu it only streams one frame but the audio keeps going as im playing, i messed with some setting to fix it but i cant find the right setting to fix this problem.

Same problem. 50DL 10UL 18ping, right settings. Worked the whole time and from one to the next second the frame lst was like 85-95%. But the sound works perfect. Waiting for anwsers.

@intu13 Your laptop seems to be completely crapping the bed. I'm guessing you aren't using vsync or some other kind of frame limiter, maxing out your system leaving OBS no resources to do anything. 1280x720 may be a bit too high for a dual core laptop CPU as well.

this works for me:
2 options,
1. Change the x264 CPU preset to ultrafast, (for me it doesn't change the quality)
2. Change the process priority class to high (but may cause more CPU usage and gameplay lag, not reccomended for AMD CPU)
