Question / Help OBS only seeing one el gato when i have two connected

So i recentley bought two el gatos to live stream mine and my husbands gameplay. Problem is OBS is only seeing one of the two but see's both of the webcams just fine. what could be the problem?
 
Hi Alie,

Due to how the drivers and the device work, only one game capture HD can be used for recording/streaming while connected to a computer.

LtRoyalShrimp is actually correct about this -- the elgato drivers I *believe* only support the use of one device at a time.
