I have a pretty "weird" problem with my OBS and the NVENC Encoder.
I switched from the X264 Encoder to Nvidia NVENC because I had FPS issues in some games, and when I switched to NVENC I was amazed by the FPS gain, it felt like I wasnt streaming at all with it - I know that the quality will be worser and I'm okay with it, but with this freezes its not really enjoyable for my viewers or for me when I may upload them to Youtube.
So yeah, the Screen for my viewers and also myself(When I have my stream open on a 2. screen) freezes randomly for 1-3 seconds at random times and I just dont know why. I tried to change the NVENC presets to streaming and other stuff but nothing worked so far... At the same time I see another guy streaming also with NVENC and he has 0 problems with it, so I hope I can find my answer on this forum :/
Bitrate = 2700 CBR(Tried also 3500)
Resolution = 1680 x 1050 Downscaled to 1.25(1344x840)
50FPS
Inno3D GTX 960 2GB
i5 2500k

Edit: I DONT have this freezes in my game that I play, they only appear on the stream &Past Broadcasts
