Question / Help OBS Not Working

Hello, i have been streaming through obs now for around 4 months and today obs just decided to stop working. I have been streaming with no problems before but today when i try to stream it just gets stuck on loading video on twitch. i see everything on obs fine but on twitch me and my viewers only see an infinite loading screen loop. All the other streams are perfectly fine and don't have that problem so its just mine. i tried re-installing obs completely, rebooted my pc, cleared cache, disabled firewall completely, reset internet, and cleaned my registry. so i don't know whats happening any help would be appreciated.

That logfile is incomplete, can you please look for one that has all information from a recent attempt when is wasnt working?

i dont know they all look the same i dont even know if im looking in the right area how do i access a log file.

well it seems better now i think it was twitch down. thanks though
